Cannot cancel

Tried to cancel on 31 Oct 2024. System refers me to their whatsapp bod for convenience but 2 hours later I still cannot complete the transaction as they are not responding. Phoned by only sales, spoke to a operator who will transfer me to cancellations, but nothing. You just can’t cancel!! Now I am threatened with legal action because I did not pay for a service I legally cancelled. According to our laws I cancelled and did everything they asked. They failed to process it up to today, 20 Nov BUT would like to harass consumers. Get your act together and do your job.
