Cancelled router order bust still got debited R249

I ordered a router with Webafrica on 22 November 2022, I struggled as you one can only chat with then via whatsapp until I eventually cancelled the order, but the R249 for router still went off on the 23rd I tried getting them to reverse but they keep saying they will transfer me to the debit order team on whatsapp but then end the chat. Please reverse the debit order!
