Cancelled my internet connection for no reason! And worse service ever

The worst service I have ever received! All your problems are handled on WhatsApp are you serious!!!!

They cancelled my internet service without my permission, I didn't have internet for 20+ days in December & January, they told me they will fix it in my next billing! And guess what they haven't! They instead cancelled my internet and they want me to pay them to reconnect me again.... Are you serious!
