Cancellation to poor service

I have been asking for assistance from Webafrica from the 11 May without any luck after receiving an sms saying that they tried to debit me the pro rata which I was not even made aware of after the R249, they went 2 times into my account causing a negative impact which I had to be liable for the charges-I spoke to the folllowing agents Phumeza M, Vuyiswa R, Aqeelah L who was very unprofessional with me and my last straw was that I am going to ombudsman, today I spoke to Sasha-Lee F and transferred me to Lauren-Lee M , all this agents I had to explain same thing over and over again. Aqeelah L gave me prorata amount from the 06-15th May of R118.8 as I advsied her that I wont pay for the full month on which service was suspended while I have bill queries - i received an email from Maria Teleka and cc Tahabiet Johnson I responded in the morning but no response. I have been asking for cancellation for some time now and it seems no one is willing to assist me

Hi Charmaine, we hear your frustration, and we completely understand how exhausting this experience has been for you since 11 May, especially having to repeat your query to multiple agents, deal with failed debit attempts, and still not have a clear resolution or cancellation in place. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we acknowledge the impact this has had on you, including the bank charges incurred. We can confirm that an escalation has now been submitted to our Billing Team to urgently review your account, including the pro-rata billing, suspension period, debit order attempts, and your cancellation request. The team will be required to investigate the full timeline so that a proper resolution can be provided based on your case history. At this stage, there is no further action required from your side while the escalation is being reviewed. We understand your concern about delays and repeated explanations, and we are pushing for this to be handled with the attention it requires. We appreciate your patience while this is being worked on, and we remain focused on getting this properly resolved for you.Warm regards,
