Cancellation query is still not resolve almost a month later???

What an atrocious experience im having with this company. Whoever advised them that this WhatsApp service to resolve issues is working is crazy. I have been trying to resolve my issue since 26 may and still today they are investigating what only they know. When will you solve may querie. Does this company even have senior management to escalate issues to. Support number is never picked up and they just refer you this ridiculous WhatsApp service. Can someone please assist.
