been with them for over 2 years, trying to suspend our services for the duration theat we are re-locating.

Impossible to get hold of anybody. Whatsapp chats do not work FB messages goes unanswered Calling the offices you just get placed on hold till your airtime eventually runs out.

Super frustrated at the moment. Need to speak to a HUMAN and it seems there is none working there!
