Cancellation not possible

There is such allota of bad reviews here and I can agree with everyone. This whatsapp line is just useless as these guys cut you off when they cant help you anymore or when its knockoff time then they are gone, never to be heard from again hahahaahha. No wonder their are tons of bad reviews. I have been trying to cancel since 23 January but get cut off each time.

**** PROBLEM*** They are trying to get a claw back for Installations and Modems they never provided. So for the past month and a half I get stuck at the point where they argue that I need to pay a clawback and I keep telling them that they did not do the installation as I changed from another ISP to them so it could not have been possible. Anyway, I have just decided to stop the debit order.
