Cancellation Impossible

I have been trying to cancel my contract with Webafrica for some time now. However, this seems impossible. The only manner to contact them is via the Whatsapp portal and tge agenta are very unhelpfull. This saga started in September already. I have also tried using the cancel feauture on there customer zone website with no luck. I am at my witsend as to how to move forward to get this resolved. Tried contacting them again this evening as the debit order payment has finally been allocated which is what the agent told me I had to wait for, but no agenta available!! Any advise would be greatly appeciated!!
