Cancellation impossibility with Websafrica

I have had endless problems to just cancel services. There is no email option to communicate with Webafria. The only communications means is via a Whatsap line Chat which is not functioning properly. The choices on the chat is not allowing cancellation. When actually getting toa cancellation option on the web links it just does not allow you to cancel. I tried phoning and talked to people who promised they will get the correct actions going and yet nothing happens. I only get continued billing for a service I do not have. The Rooter originally provided ahd already been returned to the Webafrica offices in Joghannesburg in July. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The long string of original communication via the Whatsap Chat had been frowarded on sevral occasions and yet no acknowledgement of cancelationa s early as begining of July. Thereis no official acknowledge ment of the cancelation. In spite of the early cancelation the billing just continue and indicate the service is still active. If only there was eve just a voice connection or email connection, but Webafraca only tell you this is old technology and only whaant to communicate via the Whatsapp portal where no one can help or want to help.
