Cancellation for anything really, how to?

Has anybody been lucky to successfully cancel their service? Please share the secret recipe because, wow!

They say you have to cancel via WhatsApp but as soon as you mention cancellation they leave you on seen. I spoke to Tinyiko Maluleka, Shimane Mkhize, Katlego Segibane. All them doing the same thing.
