Cancellation fee not fair!

This review is geared towards their cancellation policy: I have been a customer of Webafrica for more than a year, but I need to cancel now as we are moving to a premises that does not have fibre. Now they want to charge me a R999 cancellation fee! When I signed up I did notice under the terms and conditions that there will be a fee WHEN YOU CANCEL WITHIN A YEAR OF STARTING WITH WEBAFRICA! I am past a year already! The only thing that happened was that I transferred the line from one address to another! I should not be punished for this!

I have tried getting through to cancellation department, but that is impossible... their help system is pathetic!

Please remove the R999 cancellation fee as this is not fair!
