Cancellation Fee

Very bad service, either the people should be trained properly when dealing with customers...I cannot have 3 different people advising on the same thing and 4th customer service agent telling me something totally different... When you request for a manager, the 4th advisor tells me he cannot get a manager from his end ... Is this the way to run a business Webafrica ???
