*********** Cancellation Department

After almost 5 years with Webafrica telling everyone how amazing they are i finally realized how *********** their cancelattions department is.

I cancelled my service with them in Dec and now apparently it is only schduled to be cancelled the end of March(their contracts say they need a month notice) , the agents on their whatsapp line escalate the query and then tell me that it is scheduled for cancellation end of March when i told them but I cancelled in Dec the answer i get is "I did state that you requested it on Dec and that was the response I got" then when i ask is there someone than can assit me they tell me " Unfortunately there's no one".

Stay away from WebAfrica *********** and useless.
