Cancellation

Cant give aONE STAR.

Have been with Webafrica for OVER 2 and a half years.

Started with them in September 2021. I moved residence in October 2022.

In March I wanted to cancel my line but then opted not to cancel before the cancelation took place.

Since October 2022 and November 2023 has been 13 months. I am now trying to cancel and have been told that I will need to pay R2735 for set up fees when it has been over a year since I have had this line. On top of being with them for over 2.5 years too.

Yet no one gives answers they simply just pass you onto the next department.

I find their customer dealings terrible!
