Canceled Order

I have had my WIFI order canceled without my knowledge. In December 2022 they delivered my Router and I have been waiting for a connection since I got my router.

All the call center agents seem not to have an answer when I chat with them. it has been over a month and still no connection and they have debited money for the router.

I need an explanation as to why my order has been canceled without my knowledge.
