Cancelation terms of webafrica

I signed up with had a 12 month contract service was poor and wanted to cancel was then threatened with term fees and said i will pay that they then price matched me and I stayed my term now I that want to cancel again and I paid for jan service I said cancel with immediate effect keep jan payment they advise that u cam cancel only if I give a month notice now the catch of a month notice is your cancelation request should only be given on the end of a mntn or u will be charged for the full month including a the next month as cancelation request will be effective as of the end of the month this means I cancel now don't matter they will not take jan into account they will add feb and the final cancelation month and cancel in March this means that they will collect for Feb and March even if I canceled today this is a ******* I stayed my term and Still penalized coz I didn't cancel end of Dec even after explaining that getting through to them in festive period was no luck and also that it took me from 13:00 yesterday till today to get through to cancelation with all this still never got a manager service has been poor since I signed up and canceling is even more of an hassle
