I am having challenges canceling my subscription with WebAfrica. I've been chatting with someone by the name of Vuyiswa R. But not getting any joy. All i want to do isn't cancel the service. Code: EKE57. I've been with them for more than2 years. To receive a standard robot response when I request to cancel.
