Cancelation of Webafrica fabre

Good day I canceled my fabre at Webafrica 2 moths before I move i call them send emails and what's up them but still they deduct from my bank ask for cancelation form no response and ask them to give me over to there lawyer but still no response it's been know six month and where im staying know is no fabre I even send emails to *** that I could report them but I got a email to say they could also not het me PlEASE Help
