Cancelation of order that cant be serviced

Trying to cancel a application that can not be connected . This is blocking me from applying at another ISP . I have phoned and got through twice requesting the cancelation as it was not a contract yet . Now if I phone I wait for hours and the Whatsapp channel is even worse 2,5 hours no responds . Just cancel the application as asked . As the situation stands now I am glad I am going with a different ISP . Get your act together and cancel this application that you cant deliver on .
