Cancelation Fee w*******

I would like to cancel my service with this service provider and on further inquiry I was informed by the agent that if I wish to cancel I am liable for a R1000 cancelation fee.So this company hold their Clint's hostage with a R1000 cancelation fee that is apparently part of their TCS.You can cancel anytime but you are liable to pay a cancelation fee of R1000.
