Cancelation

I would like to cancel my services. I was incorrectly billed and I have been given a run around in placing my notice to cancel. The Whatsapp Team refers me to the Customer Zone website. On the website I am referred back to Whatsapp. Just endless back and forth. I am now beyond frustrated. Contact number provided just simply refers me back to whatsapp as well. It's crazy. ***
