Cancel of wifi (webafrica)

I have cancel my wifi at by Webafrica.I serve my notice month as at ebnd of Feb 25 and still continue servicing me.I will not pay them for this month because I have arrange with them to can by end of Feb 25,I even down graded for the month of Feb.I called them in Jan to serve the month of Feb my notice.This is *********
