It's a pity I can't give no stars. All I want to do is cancel my subscription after volumes of acts of incompetence and disabling one to cancel online or via whatsapp. If you're chatting with an agent, they say they're transferring you to the correct department, then leave your query to expire. Online, the "links" are just for show - there are no links.
