can't get a domain transfer done

<p>We've been trying for several months to transfer a domain away from Webafrica. And before that we had the same story (specifics of the domain are private, they can be provided on email). Basically they ignore transfer tickets and hold onto domains, preventing domain owners from transferring away from them.</p>
