Can I GEt SERVICE?????????

Hi For the last time support your clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 Your technical support is non-existand. For nearly 7 months the VOIP phone works fine on the same device on the same software on everyting the same. Then it stop working. Re-install, re-do, re-do but nothing. I get an erro 488 it means something. Get me the error code then maybe I can tell you where the problem is in your business!!!! I e-mail but mail gets "resolved" that is not resolved, there is no tracking that the error is really solved. You call but nobody answer, you call again the phone gets put down. Mr CEO of WebAfrica do you know what the hell is going on in your company???? Danke
