Call avoidance and terrible customer experience

This has to be the worst experience ever. Using WhatsApp chat to speak to agents. Just being transferred from 1 agent to another to another back to the que and to provisioning because no 1 wants to help. All they say is we escalated the matter to frogfoot for further assistance. In my recent conversations the agent don't respond and just push you from 1 end to the other. Arizona civils had called me on the 22 of April Thursday, they said they had a spot just like out of the blue and simply didn't pitch I waited an entirely day since 11. Am in the morning. I have lost out a days pay just waiting on a contractor that does not take calls, won't return calls and simply does not have the decency to state that they were not available. So I ask again who is compensate me for the lose of my time and money. Please review all the chats as your agents are call avoiding and selecting who they want to help.... Rate is 344 per hour times 8.5 hours .please do the math and let me know who is going to compensate me for the lose because my next step is going to be drastic. FRG***7 is the reference number and my number is ***....

Hi Humza,
It’s clear how disruptive and frustrating this experience has been, particularly with the repeated transfers between agents, lack of continuity, and the impact this delay has had on your time and income. The situation you described with the contractor not arriving as scheduled further adds to that frustration and is understandably unacceptable.
We’ve taken note of your reference number FRG***7 and the concerns raised around the handling of this matter. A request has now been sent to the team that manages Frogfoot orders to urgently follow up on your case and provide email feedback with clear next steps. This is to ensure proper ownership and accountability moving forward.
Your feedback, including the WhatsApp chat experience and the contractor issue, will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement, as it highlights serious gaps in communication, handovers, and customer engagement that need to be addressed.
If you still require assistance, please send us a direct message on Hello Peter so we can keep the engagement focused and ensure the matter is followed through.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

Hi it's not the urgency of installation that is an issue. As a contractor Arizona civils will get paid from this job either way. They had called me on Thursday and I had waited for them they refuse to take calls and they don't answer the office phone. They did not pitch and they simply don't care. If I was not available I am subject to a call out fee. So I lost a day and time waiting for contactor that does not car and yes the time frame is 7 to 14 days for installation however Arizona civil stated they had no other dates available so I want my fee for waiting on them and for not pitching up and for not responding or communicating with me. So please calc 344 per hour x 8.5 hours and that is my wait time fee .. simple I would like to know how this is being solved.

Good day,

Thank you for your understanding however it's never been about activation. If you consider the process of escalating the matter a resolution that would be incorrect. Once again I bring to your attention. The contractor you do business with has failed to communicate with me. This has lead to a loss of a days pay and yet all you state we are escalating so this what we are doing now. My attorney has all the details and we have enough on this case to take to court. Bear in mind that it's a financial loss to me. we are now forwarding this the ombudsman and lodging a formal complaint. I have submitted all calls chats and everything that details and outlines the reason for this complaint. It does not matter how long you take to activate this services, what matters here is that I have suffered a financial loss to which you won't compensate me for. This is no error on my side because your contractor does not wish to communicate with me. Please elaborate on that. As I stated Arizona civil stills gets paid. As per the consumer protection act this a financial loss due to the lacy of proper communication which has resulted in a days unpaid of roughly R3500. I don't agree that you can not compensate. Once again pick up the phone and call me.

Hi Humza,
Thank you for taking the time to explain your position so clearly and for outlining the financial impact this experience has had on you. We recognise how distressing it is to lose income due to the aforementioned circumstances and apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced as a result of it.
While we acknowledge the inconvenience and financial strain you’ve described, we’re unable to accommodate the request for financial compensation.
That said, your feedback regarding the lack of contractor communication and the overall handling of this matter has been formally recorded and shared with the relevant parties and Service Quality Teams to ensure improvement where necessary. Concerns of this nature are taken seriously, particularly where they highlight gaps in communication and customer experience.
We have already sent a follow up to our Frogfoot installation partners to further advise regarding the order status and will be here for you for any further updates.

Warm regards,

I have a question. Does this mean you will compensate the contractor for claims of communication please call the office and see if they can pick up becas I believe we getting no where with this . I will be following up and I guess it's clear it's purely business.

As a consumer I have no option here

Thanks for nothing

Good day,

I don't believe you understand the damage this situation has caused. The fact it's caused a financial loss to me it will no difference to. I believe that this will get resolved so let's leave it as is. If they choose to do the installation, that's fine we are looking at alternatives because we are not prepared to suffer such a huge financial loss. When it came time to signing up wow upfront charge of 250 paid without delays. But come to processing it's terrible customer experience. Whilst you speak a contractor who is enjoying a long weekend away and simply won't respond or take calls. It's truly sad to know that I'm not the only person that feels like this. I have read the review online and so it's let to believe that I should look at my options.

Would you let 3500 go just like that just because someone held you up and still states they attempted to call me.... Then why won't they respond to my emails nor take calls. It's seem like a nice long holiday and guess what there is another holiday on Friday 2 for the price of 1.

What's your guarantee on 7 to 14 days activation with installation. If you can guarantee R10000 this will done in 14 days maximum. I am sure it won't... because your contractor is subject to holidays.

Hi Humza, we hear your concerns, and we absolutely understand the frustration you’re feeling around the delay, the lack of direct feedback from the contractor side, and the financial impact this situation has had on you. We also acknowledge your experience with the upfront payment versus the delays in getting the service fully delivered, that contrast understandably adds to the disappointment. At this stage, your installation is still with the Frogfoot team, and our support teams are actively following up with them to get a clear update on the status of your order and what is required to move it forward. We are continuing to engage with them to try and get clarity on the delay and ensure the correct next steps are being actioned on their side. We do understand your concerns around communication gaps and responsiveness from the contractor side. While Frogfoot manages the physical installation, we are still actively involved in pushing for updates and progress so that your order does not remain without movement or feedback. We also hear your point regarding timelines and expectations. While installation timeframes are generally dependent on network availability and contractor scheduling, we are working to obtain a clear and factual update specific to your order so you have full visibility on where things currently stand. We will continue following up with Frogfoot and will come back to you as soon as we receive further information on the installation progress and next steps. Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew

Good day,

Trust this finds you well. I received a call this morning from Thembie. She handled the call quiet well and understood a part of my frustration and an arrangement was been Made however it's over an hour and she did state she will re activate the service but it's still suspended. She further stated an error so small could have been resolved by your finance team however due to their negligence it's reach this point. She stated she was in the process of unsuspending the account but it's been over 30 minutes. However she asked me to terminate the call and I'm still waiting on webafrica to reinstate the service. Not sure if that will happen now or when.
