The ***kest customer service you could ever imagine. When your line goes down, you chat with a useless bot. Then, when the bot can't help, your case gets "escalated" but you never hear anything back. When you eventually get to speak with a human, cue the empty promises.

I'm into my second week of working with no internet; loads of money spent on data, and apparently someone "might" be able to come and look at the problem... NEXT WEEK! An absolute sham!
