By far the WORST ISP in South Africa

I've been fighting to have my wifi issue fixed for the past 2 weeks now. I've dealt with more than several customer service associates which none gave me help and just gave me empty promises. I've already lost half a months paycheck and on the verge of losing my job because of this.
