Buyers beware, if you have a problem, you have no support

Service is OK until you have a problem. There is only the WhatsApp process to get support and when you get to chat with a human, the promises they make are not kept. My line has been down for 5 days and we are completely stuck. No way to sort the problem out other than to transfer to another provider and hope for better service
