Business that forgot how to business

<p>These people just do nothing. Customer service is non existent and call centre is non existent as well. You just hang on till the call just drops and u have to start again. They advertise that they strive towards customer satisfaction.. what a joke! I've been waiting for 3 weeks for them to pay my refund after they said they would and in that time haven't heard anything from them and still haven't recieved my refund! This place is a joke!</p>
