Worst experience of my life! I downgraded my package to the R199 option and they confirmed that my other service was canceled but now they went and took a debit order of R968 for NO REASON!! The other package is cancelled and does not work only the cheaper one works but they still charged me for the expensive package! This is so unfair of you guys. We are in the middle of a world crisis and then you just go and take people's money for things they don't have. You need to refund this money ASAP!
