So I am ****in being transferred from agent to agent on a daily basis. Yes my internet got cut off which I left now to reconnect I cannot. They don't ****in understand anything speaking to them they say Vuma needs to send me a payment link sent the payment link it's not allowing me to pay. Then spoke to them they say vuma needs to clear my address and send me a link and wat not. This is bull**** honestly. I waited 24hours now it's way over I spoke to vuma they say I need to get the ISP which is these idiots to sort the **** out. I want this to be sorted or I will go onto social media and I will show how much **** yrl have caused for not just me but other people. ***
