Bullies!!! Disgusting!!!

In November 2022 my account was adjusted from R989 per month to R640 a month for a 50 to 50 line. I paid my outstanding amount plus my new installment in November. All sorted everyone is happy. In December 2022 on the 15th I paid R650. In the week of the 09th - 13th January I received an email saying I short paid by R253. I have sent them the proof of payments I have sent them the screen shots of the conversation I had with their staff and still no internet they tell me I must first pay the outstanding amount. Bunch of bullies!!! Useless!!! Liezel you were asked to call me - 20:42 on the 16th of January 2023 still nothing!!!
