Bull**** services/Plaza shop methodology

Webafrica communication methods wiyh their clients are pathetic and unacceptable. I have paid for my fibre services but till now they cant seem to connect me to my network. I have logged calls ironically you cannot evdn contact them you have to be assisted via whatapp which is also ****ty as thry dont even reply on time. We work from home and from yhe past 2 days i have lost thousands and all i get home WEBAFRICA is that some technician will be allocated to my query for ****en 2 days? Their service us pathetic. Please resolve clients queries with urgency or refund us our monies. My Query no:107380
