Bull**** service

The livechat platform is useless. It’s been over two hours and I haven’t been assisted. ****ty service. I have been waiting for installation for over 3 weeks and each time I contact them I get some bull**** story. I cancelled the order and now they are refusing to refund my money. I regret the day I chose to sign up for this nonsense!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
