BS!!! Service by Webafrica

This company couldn't care less about its customers. They don't even deserve a star. They're the worst ISP in this country. They simply ignore queries and you spend forever talking to their whatsapp bot. I paid using a CC, but woke up to a disconnected service. Despite showing them the email confirming payment and my transactions from my banking app they still refused to restore my service. Mind you this is after hours of trying to get a response from their customer service. They're simply rude and will respond with a "Noted' or the 👍🏾 and no further communication. If you keep complaining they say its not their fault, check with Vumatel We don't deserve this kind of treatment honestly. Check their Twitter/X page, its full of complaints. The ISPA has to do something about them urgently.
