Broken promises and pathetic no call back service

Billing!! Went back on the promised deal! I signed up during the period of the R19 first month deal and was charged the full amount (R1219) instead. Yes, those Vodacom twits delayed the initial activation but still, i signed up being promised the deal. Now, the agents refuse to call, whatsapp only and after numerous attempts to speak to someone senior i got no response. The sales lady, Lillian, was extremely friendly in the beginning helping me get signed up, afterwards it was an absolute disaster. I will let this run for a month or 2 as i work from home, but i will then be canceling.
