Brilliant tech support

Brilliant tech support. Came home from holiday to see wifi (via fibre) down. Called helpdesk (at 7pm near close time of 8pm) and after usual switch on/ switch off was told have to log call and wait for technicians. I was really concerned that would be no wifi for christmas and week, as dreaded the normal refermece number. I tried helpdeak at 7am and was told to call back 8am during office hours... leaving for day thinking wont see anyone i was pleasently surprised to see two technicians before 8 outside property trying hard to fix the problem. Mr Prince and Mr Godspeed were awesome. Very knowledgable, right tools (used light in optics to find fault) and operating with sense of urgency (whilst knowing not life threatening)... got fixed in 20min with no fuss!
