Brilliant service and tech assistance

<p>It is unfortunately so rare to come across a company that provides good customer service and support. I signed up for a package with Web Africa at the end of January and despite a month of problems getting the infrastructure up and running (not Web Africa’s fault), I was connected as promised by 28 February (when my ADSL line became inactive). Orion Stober was an absolute star (excuse the pun!). He was honest and upfront with me. He followed up each step of the way and was always quick to respond to an email or phone call. Thank you to Tyrone who took time out of what I am sure is a crazy installation schedule to assist me when my installation had been marked as urgent. There were a few other people in the organisation I spoke to and unfortunately I did not make a note of their names. Bottom line is that Web Africa were world class with their customer service, follow up and technical assistance. Keep up the good work!</p>
