Brilliant service

Don't do this often as good service is not encountered that often, but I feel that I need to share this. Hats off to Colleen N at Webafrica that assisted me with this transfer from another ISP (did not include her full name as I do not wish to get into trouble). It was seamless and she constantly kept in touch with me to enquire and inform me regarding the process. I had almost no down time, speed is what I requested with a confirmation mail the moment that I was live. Glad to see the service levels have improved from the last time I was a client.
