Let me stress this, every terrible review you read here, is probably still under selling how terrible this company is.

No actual way to contact them via phone/email or any channel, except whatsapp chat, staffed by agents who literally tell you "Go ahead and disconnect" when you raise issues, they don't care.

They debited R4000 in one month and instead blame the bank who's ***** department literally goes "it's Webafrica, we don't need to investigate". I have ISP accounts with Afrihost as well as Mweb, no banks being blamed there. no ownership and no one gives emails or anything where legal letters can be served, relying instead of you paying for formal tracing, they dodge accountability and responsibility in a league only comparable to a politicians promises.

Returned their router, which their logistics partner lost, somehow that's also the customers fault, and the first time i got an email from them, was from their "debt collection" department, who refuses to provide any proof of their claims. When furnished with literal proof of their equipment being returned and the money im still missing after their debits, the puppets just repeat "oh ok but you owe us money" , no , i do not.

I have offered free training as a Support expert, as at this point its an act of charity.
