Breach of Popi Act

What pathetic service. I moved from the Eastern Cape to Kzn a few days ago and now I'm being told that I can't move services and I need to pay penalties. Needless to say my personal details was given to another webafrica client which is a breach of POPI act and its been 3 days now that I'm waiting for a manager to contact me. I will definitely be taking this further.
