Breach of fibre application agreement

Webafrica promised me a cost for a fibre connection to my house and later requested an additional R3500 for the connection. Webafrica confirmed via email that there will not be any additional or hidden costs and their website adverti*****t also did not mention possible additional costs. Webafrica breached our agreement and does not want to honour their own agreements. I see this as ********* business practice.

Interesting that Webafrica now tries to sort something out (which I doubt) because I had continuous discussions with Webafrica since July on this subject and they did not sort it out.

I again tried to contact WebAfrica but they still do not respond. They do not even honour their commitments on Hellopeter. Why should one do business with companies that do not commit to their own promises, even if they made a mistake?
