Bot customer liaison is pathetic

I have experienced only great service from Web Africa. Today my card details changed I have been trying for 2 hours to get through to someone. They utlise Bot which means no one is at the other end. All I want to do is change card details and process payment as my Fibre is suspended. Can someone apart from bot contact me. Maybe a real person.
