Bordering on ******** behavior

Please note that this company is bordering on ******** behavior with the way that cancellation requests are reversed without notifying the clients. I have made many attempts to cancel this service and every times my account status was converted from pending cancellation to active. Who instructed them change it? I had to submit another cancellation request this morning but I see it will only apply at the end of July!? Whoever is reading this, please consider alternatives before you get stuck with this company
