Bitter End to 4 years!

I am horrified with the service i receive from webafrica. On the 25th of June my internet just goes off. we reboot the router and all and stays on for 10-15 min. most of the day it's off as one can only reboot so many times. every day i speak to a different person seeking for help for this issue to get fixed. i have even cancelled now on the 30th of June and now must sit for a month without internet as i must wait for my months notice before joining the new company. Just spoke to Yolanda K which just asks me the same questions. how many days and times do you still want to test my line!!!!!!!!!!!! clearly something is wrong!! till this day they have sent no one to my house to come look
