BITCO clients and OTHER client stay away!

I was also recently moved from Bitco to Web Africa. I was a client of theirs before and was witness to the downhill spiral in lack of service. I can clearly see that nothing has changed and thought how can it get any worse but it has. There is no way of contacting them only via whats app where you wait hours to get something done. (if it gets done) Adding insult to to this is that Bitco clients were not given adequate notice on the move. BITCO clients I recommend canceling now and moving on, take this pain now before you regret it. DON'T USE THEM. I have already canceled with them which in normal business practice would only require an e-mail or two, but in my case over 3 requests and finally on the last request it took them from 4pm to 7pm to cancel in which I was transferred and had to constantly message them CANCEL the account to finally get done.
