Billing ****

WebAfrica -Switch my service and avoid double billing . Not just false advertising but actual blatant lying .

They refuse to cancel or should i say "switch" the service . All they do is load another service on for you and expect you to pay both ....no they demand that you pay both stating you need to cancel the once service yourself . But wait there is more! you can only cancel once you've paid the completely made up bill they created for a service / switch they can't offer . Confused ? So am I but the made up bill keeps building .
