Good day kindly assist me webafrica i have a problem with my billing quotes from them, i have paid R1000.00 Month end n my account was 00.00 then my service was cancelled after i paid, then i whatsup the team to assist they told me they will reconnect my router and now still its not working and I'm billed R3303.00 saying i owe THEM BTY IM OFFLINE SINCE THE 1st till today ICALLED TODAY FOR ASSISTANCE IN THIS BILLING PROGRAMME OF THEIRS NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN WHY THEY BILL ME N IM OFFLINE WITH THEM . KINDLY ASSIST PLEASE THANK YOU........
