Billing me but not sorting out my Fibre it's still off!

6 DAYS of Webafrica taking me for a fool! I am Furious at thr imcompetance, unwillingness to help and pathetic service. I was told my fibre would be sorted out last Thursday yet still my fibre is off!!!!!! Nd when I phone they keep me on the phone for more than 2 to 3 hrs at a time putting me through from one person to the next as they shift blame and say it's not thr job but the other department and 6 days later, money I hv spent nd NO RESULTS!
